Wealthflow provides algorithmic trading software, expert advisors (EAs), and analytical tools designed for educational and automation purposes. All software is provided as-is, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Upon purchase or subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wealthflow Bot for personal or business trading purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Resell, share, or redistribute any part of the software without written consent
• Use the software for unlawful or prohibited purposes

Trading in financial markets involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all invested capital. Wealthflow Software, its affiliates, or agents shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the bot or trading strategies.

By using our software, you acknowledge full responsibility for all trading decisions.

Wealthflow is a technology provider — not a broker, financial advisor, or asset manager. All trading decisions and outcomes are solely at the user's discretion.

All purchases are final. Subscription fees, if applicable, will auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date. Refunds may only be granted under specific conditions defined in our Refund Policy (if applicable).

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and payment information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Comply with all applicable trading platform and broker terms
• Use the software only for lawful purposes

All content, code, and intellectual property associated with Wealthflow Software remain the sole property of Wealthflow Software FZ-LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealthflow Software shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Software downtime, errors, or broker connection issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Your sole remedy is discontinuation of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the software. Upon termination, all license rights immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
